Grandma Came to Town

Maeva had an exciting end of the week. Grandma from SD decided to come to town since Grandpa was out of town. Thursday Maeva and Grandma met me for lunch in Mantorville. After lunch Maeva and Grandma stolled through a few of the shops. Their trip was cut short, because I didn't pack the diaper bag very well and Maeva needed a diaper change. After heading home for a diaper change then they went to the park. Maeva loves the swings and by the sounds of it Grandma would make a great "stay at home mom". She met some other ladies at the park that were very nice she said. I almost forgot to add, that mom even got asked how old her child was....and the person wasn't talking about me. I think that made mom feel good. When I got home from work Grandma was reading and Maeva was taking a nap on Grandma.

Friday Maeva had a doctors appointment. She had an ultrasound on her belly and face. The appointment went well. Maeva did very good at the doctor!
Saturday after Maeva was done playing with her new mailbox toy that Grandma brought her we decided to hit the pool. As you can see in the all the photos she just loved it. I also enjoyed the pool. I was definitely a newbie at the pool. There were tons of moms with their kids that had their coolers and chairs. Mom and I only brought a bag with us and pops that we weren't sure if they would us in with them. Hopefully we will have time to hit the pool again before summer ends! Off to a softball tourney and camping this next weekend.
